Rachel Neal began her career serving Child Caring Agencies/Facilities as an Administrator of a Child Caring Institution and then continued as an employee of RCCL in Atlanta, GA. She has over 20 years of valuable experience in the field. During her lengthy tenure at RCCL, Rachel served as a Surveyor before transitioning to the Training and Rules Coordinator and Quality Control Specialist roles. Now, excitedly, she can impart her knowledge, and organizational and training skills to institutions in the state of Georgia and beyond!
